Can I complete my entire bridal look (gown, veil, headpiece and shoes) in one appointment?
We recommend that you order your gown and accessories at the same time. This helps you know how your complete ensemble will look. Ordering your gown, veil, headpiece, and shoes at the same time insures that your entire ensemble is ready for alterations and portraits. We realize a brides time is precious. You may order your veil and headpiece after your gown arrives, but remember veils and headpieces arrive about one and a half to two months after ordering.
Can I buy a gown to take home with me?
Danielle's carries hundreds of gowns in stock in sizes 2-28, we realize many brides want to buy a gown and take it home. We wish it were possible but we do not have every gown in every size. If the gown you choose is the correct size and color you are more than welcome to take it with you. Keep in mind we do not charge extra to order you your own gown.
How do bridal gowns run in size?
Most designers start at a 2-4 and go to a 28 or 32. Bridal gowns are cut different than normal clothing. Most brides order or buy a gown 1 to 2 sizes larger than they usually wear.
How do you determine what size I will wear?
When you order a gown, a member of Danielle's staff will take your measurements. This insures correct body measurements. Each designer has his own size chart. Danielle's will make a size recommendation, but the bride is allowed to adjust the size if she chooses (you will have to sign off on size chosen). If your measurements fall between sizes it is best to order the larger size. Gowns can be taken up but may not have extra fabric to be let out. Gowns are not cut to your measurements so expect alterations, which are an additional charge to make your gown fit you perfectly.
Where does the designer ship my gown when it is ready?
Special order gowns are shipped to Danielle's. The designer will not ship directly to the bride. Once the gown arrives at Danielle's we will carefully inspect the gown. The bride will be called immediately upon arrival of the gown. You may make an appointment to pick up your gown and other accessories or Danielle's can ship them to you. All packages are shipped ground UPS unless you request and pay for a two day or overnight shipping. There is a small charge for shipping and insurance. All gowns and accessories are insured. All gowns are shipped with a signature required. This assures the bride that no gown is dropped on a doorstep. Your consultant will confirm your address before shipping.

How can I make sure my bridesmaids gowns are the best fit possible?
Make sure your bridesmaids get measured properly. If in question measure twice. The most common mistake is that bridesmaids measure too far down for their waist measurement. The waist is measured at the smallest part of the torso, above the belly button. Not where you wear your jeans Also your bust measurement is not your bra size. Every bridesmaids gown designer has its own size chart, and the sizes can vary greatly. You could wear a 6 by one designer and a 10 by another designer. Do not guess at your size. You can always have a gown taken up but you may not have enough fabric to let a gown out. The bridesmaids gowns are not cut to your measurements. You are ordering the closest size to your measurements.
If I order the wrong size bridesmaids gowns will the designer exchange sizes with me?
It is the policy of the bridal industry that there are no exchange and all sales are final. Bridesmaids gowns are cut just for your order the gowns are not kept in stock. When Danielle’s places your order for your bridesmaids gowns, the gowns are cut from the same dye lot of fabric and in the sizes requested.

Many delicate gowns are featured on dress forms and there are mirrors everywhere. All children must be directly supervised by an adult and hold that adult’s hand at all times.
